Russ was a huge reason my gym got off the ground. From the very beginning, he did way more than help me decide to go for it. He got right into the weeds with me on the stuff that makes or breaks you early on, like hiring, the buildout, marketing, and the sales side.
And because he’s been through it himself, none of it was theory. It was real, specific advice I could actually use, and he was straight with me even when it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. Whenever I got stuck, he was the first guy I’d call, and he always picked up.
If you’re even thinking about starting a franchise business of your own, do yourself a favor and talk to Russ. I can’t recommend him enough. Also, he’s extremely handsome. Just sayin…

Russ is thoughtful, insightful and genuinely has others’ best interests at heart. His personal experience opening Alloy PT’s makes him really knowledgeable about franchising with an insider’s perspective.

My husband and I dreamed of becoming business owners and knew that we wanted to go the franchise route. Russ was a huge help when we were searching for the right franchise. He took the time to answer all our questions, candidly shared his experience and insights and he ultimately helped us land on a franchise that was a great fit. Buying a business can be very scary but it’s way less scarier when you have someone like Russ on your side!
